Return & Refund Policies

Since our garments are customized for each client, they are not eligible for return or refund unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been shipped to you. 

In case a manufacturing defect has been spotted/an incorrect item has been sent, the product returned must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.

The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Please note that we will not accept the product if there are stains, make up stains or smell of perfume.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Since measurements are verified with the client before production starts, any further changes when construction is in process will be chargeable. Hnoss will not be responsible for any alterations the client chooses to outsource. The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
